I'll just say three things:

1. I love how this drama is not as innocent as I thought.
2. *In a complaining voice* Why are the simplest and most common words and phrases the hardest to translate? For example, "Kawaiso", how can I contextualize this word?
3. This drama is giving me "My Girl" vibes, and I don't know why. LOL

Anyways, here's episode 2 for those who haven't seen it with subs yet.

LOOOOONG TIME NO POST!!!

It's been years *literally* since the last time I've posted anything on my LJ journal. Well, reasons include I've been busy, I've been too lazy to write anything, and many others. Last year I planned to *document* my 2-month stay in Japan here but I got so busy over there (both for work and leisure) that I didn't get the chance to write anything. I'm gonna try to change this situation soon, hopefully after my TESOL training this month, I'll be able to write more. Not that I'm obliged to of course, but more on, to document things that has been happening in my life, though there's nothing much to tell really.

Anyway, another reason I wrote this post is to share to those who are reading this post, if there are any, an Arashi ni Shiyagare episode that I subbed. It's the AniShi 2018.01.13 episode with Yamada Ryosuke as the guest. This episode also features Sakurai Sho with talented impersonators in Kakurega Arashi and Nino having a boxing match (Using robots though) with the boxing champion Shimizu Satoshi. I would have released this project in my subbing community but the quality of the subs is not yet good enough. Having said that, I'm sure that this sub has a number of translation mistakes. There were a number of lines that I didn't know how to translate in English. However, if there are any translators out there who are willing to check my translations and correct them, I'd be really grateful.
